Shockley, 33, Wellington was arrested and confined on a Harper County bench warrant for failure to appear.  •3 p.m. Officers investigated report of an animal bite in the 600 block of N. Poplar.•4:41 p.m. Officers investigated a domestic family dispute in the 200 block of S. Jefferson.•4:37 p.m. Officers investigated report of a mental subject.•7:33 p.m. Audrey B.
